I began taking yoga as a way to stretch after lifting weights to increase his performance and flexibility. In 2010 he began to study Yoga in greater depth and realized that Yoga provided much more than just stretching.

From that point on I began to practice Yoga. Slowly, and have found that it brought positive changes to my life. I began to look at the world with optimism and felt pleasure in helping people in need.

In simple terms, what is Yoga? Yoga is a joyful science of spiritual awakening. What is the meaning of Yoga? It depends on who is asking. For me, today, yoga is not simply a way of movement: it is an attitude towards life that continuously teaches me how to find my own quiet and inner peace.
