Ashtanga Mix

A playful and challenging way to work on the postures of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Series.

Ashtanga Mix is a variation on the Ashtanga Vinyasa style where the postures of the sequences are worked out in a different order than the original serie. Ashtanga students usually take this class to improve their performance in more advanced āsanas of the sequence.
