Hatha Yoga

A practice to everyone, Hatha Yoga is one of the most ancient, complete and accessible Yoga styles. It develops a deep awareness of the body and focus and stability of the mind.

Hatha Yoga is one of the oldest, well known and practiced yoga systems of all time. It works with a very wide spectrum of techniques: from asanas (yoga postures) to pranayama (breath), mudra and bandha (energy directing), kriya (purification), mantra (chanting) and samyama (meditation).

Due to its wide range of techniques, Hatha Yoga classes allow the teacher great creativity in combining them in lots of different ways so that a class is never like the other.

The intensity of the practice may vary according to the class and can always be adjusted by each practitioner with proper teacher guidance. The practice is conducted to be well assimilated from beginning to end. For this reason, Hatha Yoga is one of the most suitable styles for beginners.

The goal is to establish a deep inner connection, providing the realization of what we already truly are.

The transformation is gradual but certain. Satisfaction is full.
