Vinyasa Flow is a sequential movement connecting postures to form a continuous flow. This practice allows a moving meditation to happen, revealing all forms as impermanent and transient. Only consciousness remains as the ever perceiving permanent aspect of us.
Vinyasa literally means movement. In each posture, there is a right way to move with specific breathing that brings the strength to conquer each āsana.
This class usually has several sequences of Surya Namaskara, the well-know sun salutations; and many vinyāsa sequences which are fluid and energetic sequences as in the teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, the origins of present-day Vinyasa Flow.
