LOTUS has super respectful and experienced teachers who cares about the students and help everyone to advance immensely in the practice. Before I started classes I had a lot of difficulty in some āsanas and along the practices I noticed a huge evolution due to teachers’ attention and dedication. I always leave Lotus Studio feeling better than when I arrived! Highly recommend it!
